One of beautiful trek in margala hills for trekers, the trek starts near Bari Imam, a small track on foot that leads through bushes, and is not hard at all, pretty much straight forward, after 30-45 mins trekking you get the reward in form of refreshing water springs which are true gem and worth the effort, although the bushes get very dense as you move up the mountain.
Keep in mind, the waterfalls and small pools are drying up rapidly due to water being diverted into pipes by the locals for their use. The only natural waterfall and streams you see are in monsoon season only.
Since in Islamabade & specially in margala hills, it rains after a week or so, the waterfall and streams again gets full of water. Choose your travel timing keeping this aspect in mind.
