Batura Glacier Viewpoint
Batura is the longest glacier in the world, approx. 57km long and is referred to as the third Pole, area wise it is the 5th largest Glacier outside the poles Around 287 sq km. It is on Hunza road next to Passu Cones, just ahead of shimshal road. The Glacier can't be seen from the main road, a short trek leads to it. It's an excellent place to visit, enjoy the marvellous natural beauty.
